Transactional Funding

Transactional funding is short-term funding that investors can borrow to complete real estate deals. This type of funding is also known as "flash funding" or "same-day funding" because it is commonly used in back-to-back closings.

A transactional funding program is frequently used by wholesalers and real estate investors who want to buy a property without bringing any of their own money to the table.

 

This is because transactional lenders will usually lend to investors for a short period of time, as long as they can prove that they have a qualified end buyer willing to purchase the property.
