Leadership, According to the idea of transformational leadership , an effective leader is a person who does the following:
Creates an inspiring vision of the future.
Motivates and inspires people to engage with that vision.
Manages delivery of the vision.
Coaches and builds a team, so that it is more effective at achieving the vision.
Lead, L.E.A.D.E.R.S., Leadership they all have many definitions in scholarly manuals and publications as well as the images that come to your mind from your own experience.
So let’s say that you have your definition of leadership down to a manageable explanation that just makes sense. Did it incorporate as well the characteristics of a leader?
